ProEx highly values user feedback and actively encourages community involvement in platform improvements. We believe that listening to our users helps us refine our services to better meet their needs.
Over the past year, ProEx has implemented over 20 user-suggested features, such as enhanced charting tools and faster transaction processing, based directly on community feedback.
We regularly host user surveys and live Q&A sessions, ensuring that our users' voices are heard and their concerns addressed.
We have a public feature request board, where users can vote on new features. In response to demand, ProEx recently added multi-language support and new fiat-to-crypto options, which helped expand our global user base by 10%.
